Job summary

Haven Holidays in Pwllheli is seeking a friendly Restaurant Team Member to help create memorable dining experiences for our guests. You’ll greet guests, take orders, and serve meals with a positive, upbeat attitude.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant, fast food, or customer service role is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a guest‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Work closely with kitchen and front‑of‑house staff to ensure smooth operations during busy times.
• Keep restaurant and serving areas clean, maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Familiarise yourself with the menu, daily specials, and promotions to answer questions and make recommendations.
