Job summary

Haven in the United Kingdom is hiring a Restaurant Team Member to be the friendly face of the venue, greeting guests, taking orders, and serving meals with a warm, welcoming vibe. You’ll work closely with kitchen and FOH staff to ensure smooth service, maintain high hygiene standards, and share in the excitement during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant, fast food, or customer service is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and a guest-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house to keep service smooth during busy periods.
• Keep dining areas clean and hygienic, and maintain serving areas.
• Learn menu, daily specials, and promotions to answer questions and make recommendations.
