Job summary

Haven Holidays in Pwllheli is seeking a friendly Restaurant Team Member to help create memorable dining experiences for our guests. You’ll greet guests, take orders, and serve meals with a positive, upbeat attitude.

Work closely with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure smooth service, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, and offer recommendations from the menu. We offer inclusive development, comprehensive training, and team perks such as on‑site discounts and access to Haven

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant, fast food, or customer service role is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a guest‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
