Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, seat guests and take orders while assisting with menu selection and drink requests.
• Serve food and drinks and respond to guest enquiries promptly and politely.
• Anticipate and address guests' needs to ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure guests leave wanting to return.
• Understand responsibilities and ensure smooth operation in line with brand expectations.
• Present yourself professionally, be punctual, courteous and helpful to guests and staff.
• Be fully familiar with hotel facilities, services and promotions.
