Job summary

KFC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead from the front, owning performance, people, culture and guest experience. You will build a high-performing leadership team, recruit diverse talent, and drive long-term success through effective planning and coaching.

You will ensure operational excellence, deliver fast, friendly service, and continuously improve outcomes while partnering with the Area Coach to shape the restaurant's future.
