Job summary

KFC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead from the front, owning the restaurant’s performance, people, culture and guest experience. You will build a high performing leadership team, set clear priorities and drive long-term growth with support from the Area Coach.

You’ll attract and develop diverse talent, manage labour and stock efficiently, and ensure a compliant, guest‑focused operation that delivers consistent results in a fast-paced environment.
