KFC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead from the front, own the restaurant's performance, culture and guest experience. You will build a high-performing leadership team, coach and develop talent, and drive long-term business success with Area Coach support.

In a fast-paced environment, you will manage costs, stock and standards while delivering brilliant guest experiences and empowering your team to grow and excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front, take full ownership of the restaurant, and ensure service, standards and guest experience.
• Build and lead a high-performing leadership team, coaching and developing talent across the restaurant.
• Attract diverse talent, create clear development pathways, and plan succession for long-term success.
• Maintain efficient operations, manage labour and stock, and uphold safety and quality standards.
• Deliver fast, friendly, and consistent service while driving KPIs, costs and profitability.
