You will be responsible for running a profitable operation while upholding McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The role requires leadership of Department Managers, setting goals, coaching, and building a strong team.

• Must be 18 years or older and have reliable transportation.
• The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for meeting McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Leads a team of Department Managers to set goals, follow up on progress, and provide coaching and direction.
