KFC is looking for a Restaurant General Manager to lead from the front, take full ownership of your restaurant, and be accountable for performance, people, culture and guest experience on a daily basis. You’ll build and coach a high performing leadership team, delegate with confidence, drive succession, optimise labour and stock, and ensure consistent, fast, friendly service across every shift.

• Experience leading a high-volume restaurant or similar operation.
• Proven ability to drive guest satisfaction and raise standards.
• Strong people leadership with coaching and feedback skills.
