Job summary

Popeyes UK&I is seeking experienced Restaurant General Managers to take full ownership of their restaurant. You’ll lead a fast-paced team to deliver high standards, strong metrics across people, sales, profit and guest experience.

You’ll be responsible for compliance with HACCP and health and safety, P&L, cost controls, rostering, training and recruitment. The role offers a competitive package including performance bonus, healthcare and 30 days holiday.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant.
• Track record of hitting sales targets, managing P&L, and controlling costs.
• Experience with labour scheduling, stock management, and inventory systems.
• Strong leadership to develop teams and drive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with food safety (HACCP), health & safety, and employment legislation.
• Full accountability for restaurant performance, inc P&L, sales, labour, food cost, audit and brand standards.
• Support and develop your team to grow their careers and unleash their potential.
• Deliver Popeyes' food quality, speed of service, and guest experience standards.
• Own recruitment, development plans, and succession planning for your site.
• Control stock, inventory, ordering, and waste to target.
• Build rotas that balance availability, labour budgets, and peak trade.
• Review performance data to identify opportunities and take action.
