Job summary

Popeyes UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager who can take full ownership of the operation. You’ll lead a high-volume team to deliver exceptional guest experience, strong financials, and consistent brand standards in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant.
• Ability to deliver quality, safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Track record of hitting sales targets, managing P&L, and controlling costs.
• Experience with labour scheduling, stock management, and inventory systems.
• Strong people leadership and ability to develop future talent.
• Experience in new-site openings or multi-site environments is beneficial.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, and employment legislation.
• Full accountability for restaurant performance, inc P&L, sales, labour, and costs.
• Develop and support your team to grow their careers.
• Deliver Popeyes' quality, speed, and guest experience standards.
• Own recruitment, development plans, and succession planning for your site.
• Control stock, inventory, ordering, and waste to targets.
• Build rotas balancing availability, budgets and peak trade.
• Review performance data to identify opportunities and take action.
• Maintain a fun, energetic culture and high service levels.
