Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant General Manager located in Birmingham. The Restaurant General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, handle P&L management, and budgeting. The role also involves hiring and training new staff, maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene, and implementing customer service strategies.
