Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to):

  1. Hire, train, motivate employees with feedback and coaching
  2. Conduct employee performance evaluations to assess growth and build career paths
  3. Conduct bi-weekly inventory assessments of rotating ingredients
  4. Order/purchase ingredients and supplies
  5. Manage store efficiently each day to ensure cookies are always available for sale
  6. Oversee quality control
  7. Manage catering orders
  8. Supervise production and forecast production needs
  9. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, meeting quality standards
  10. Communicate with owners on day-to-day operations and maintain good relations with leadership
  11. Build and manage employee schedules
  12. Ensure consistent internal Slack communication
  13. Monitor store activity to ensure proper provisioning and staffing
  14. Track and report store performance metrics
  15. Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  16. Stay updated with corporate posts and information on Crumbl's internal app
  17. Develop strategies to increase store traffic and profitability
  18. Demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills
  19. Exhibit time management, planning, and organizational skills
  20. Handle conflicts with customers and employees effectively
  21. Maintain high character and performance standards
  22. Create a fun and positive work environment
  23. Acquire knowledge and skills for all positions and lead by example
  24. Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent hospitality
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree highly preferred (preferably in business or hospitality management)
  • At least 2 years of management experience in food service
  • Provide three references, at least two from previous employers
  • Open availability, including weekends, holidays, mornings, afternoons, and evenings
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of business operations (Labor, COGS, P&L, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to obtain or possess ServSafe certification
  • Compliance with food and facilities safety standards
  • Background check required
  • Superior customer service and hospitality skills
  • Reliability, teachability, and proactivity
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse personalities
  • Friendly demeanor, strong work ethic, growth-oriented attitude
