Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for increasing revenue and profitability within your restaurant.
- Ensure Manager Controller Profit aligns with the company's financial targets.
- Monitor, account for, and keep stocks and wastage within acceptable levels.
- Ensure accurate delivery of new inventory and timely invoice processing within required timeframes.
- Maintain high customer feedback scores on all platforms.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, fostering good working relationships with front and back of house teams, including managing staff and corrective actions with support from HR.
- Manage team rotas, holidays, and absences.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
- Oversee cash handling and closing procedures.
- Hire new team members through our Applicant Tracking System and other approved recruitment methods.
- Train, develop, and manage teams to uphold company standards, ensuring high levels of customer service and employee engagement.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Team management experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail, highly organized, capable of handling multiple tasks.
- A proactive self-starter who can work independently with good judgment and minimal supervision.
