Job Description:

Our Restaurant Customer Advisors play an essential role in delivering an exceptional customer experience across our Restaurants - delivering tasty food, ensuring food hygiene, and driving sales.

Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with transactions across the store
  • Driving sales through customer interactions and promoting the Dobbies Club membership benefits
  • Addressing customer queries with product knowledge, including allergies and dietary requirements
  • Maintaining cleanliness and store upkeep in collaboration with your team
  • Working on the shopfloor and other areas as required, including stock handling, cash handling, till work, deliveries, stock routines, and restaurant service — an opportunity to gain diverse skills and experience
