Job summary

Premier Selection Limited is seeking a Restaurant and Bar Supervisor for a busy country pub near Corby. You will supervise the team through service of food and drinks and work closely with management to ensure smooth operations.

The role is hands-on, requires excellent people skills and a friendly, can-do attitude. Experience in hotels, pubs or restaurants is preferred, with knowledge of food and wine and the confidence to run service at least twice a week.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Hotel, Pub or Restaurant for at least a couple of years.
• Good with people and possess a friendly, 'can do' attitude.
• Working knowledge of food and wine with the confidence to run a service at least twice a week.
• Own transport and live in the Corby area or nearby towns.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on role dealing with customers and staff on a daily basis, handling feedback and any complaints or questions.
• Supervise the team through service of food and bar to ensure smooth operations.
