Dalata Hotel Group is hiring for a Food & Beverage leadership role in our hotels across the UK. You will lead and develop the restaurant team, drive service excellence and manage events to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Food & Beverage management role in a leading hotel.
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage teams.
• Experience recruiting and developing employees.

• Strong focus on customers and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the standard of work to ensure the highest quality.
• People leadership, including recruiting, retaining and developing employees.
• Support the Senior Management Team in the strategic running of the hotel.
• Set targets for the restaurant team in line with the overall departmental and hotel objectives.
• Support/oversee events in the hotel to ensure excellence in service at all times.
• Manage the maintenance of the restaurant.
• Manage the budget and cost-effectiveness of the department.
