Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead the Bar department, drive performance, and deliver memorable guest experiences across our Manchester property. You will inspire your team, manage the budget, and ensure service excellence.

You'll grow through the Dalata Academy, with development opportunities and a supportive culture as you work on events, conferences, and daily operations, strengthening guest care and the overall hotel performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Food & Beverage management role in a leading hotel.
• Experience in large conferences and events is a distinct advantage.
• Excellent Leadership skills.
• Experience in recruiting and developing employees.
• High standards and attention to detail.
• An excellent focus on our customers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the standard of work to ensure the highest quality.
• Lead the Bar department and execute the strategy to achieve goals.
• People leadership, including recruiting, retaining and developing employees.
• Set targets for the Bar team in line with the overall departmental and hotel strategy.
• Support/oversee events in the hotel to ensure excellence in service at all times.
• Manage the budget and cost-effectiveness of the department.
