Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Restaurant & Bar Manager in Manchester to lead the F&B team, ensure top guest experiences and drive performance in a busy hotel environment.

You will oversee staff development, events, budgeting and service standards, working closely with senior management to align with hotel objectives and maintain a culture of teamwork and excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Food & Beverage management role in a leading hotel.
• Experience in large conferences and events is a distinct advantage.
• High standards and attention to detail; customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the standard of work to ensure the highest quality.
• People leadership, including recruiting, retaining and developing employees.
• Support the Senior Management Team in the strategic running of the hotel.
• Set targets for the restaurant team in line with departmental objectives.
• Support/oversee events in the hotel to ensure excellence in service.
• Manage the maintenance of the restaurant.
• Manage the budget and cost-effectiveness of the department.
