Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group in the United Kingdom seeks a Bar Manager to lead the bar team and drive service excellence across our properties. You will monitor quality, implement strategic initiatives, and foster a culture of hospitality.

You will recruit and develop staff, manage budgets, oversee events, and collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards. The Dalata Academy supports your growth as you contribute to a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Food & Beverage management role in a leading hotel.
• Experience in large conferences and events is a distinct advantage.
• Excellent Leadership skills.
• Experience in recruiting and developing employees.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the standard of work to ensure the highest quality.
• Lead the Bar department and execute the strategy to achieve goals.
• People leadership, including recruiting, retaining and developing employees.
• Set targets for the Bar team in line with the overall departmental and hotel strategy.
• Support/oversee events in the hotel to ensure excellence in service at all times.
• Manage the budget and cost-effectiveness of the department.
