We have an opening for a Restaurant & Bar Manager to join the team at De Vere Tortworth Court in Wotton-under-Edge.

As the Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will:

• Help oversee and manage the day-to-day running of the hotel dining areas and bars, providing high-quality food and beverage experiences to our guests.
• Monitor and review monthly sales performance and service standards.
• Lead, train, and support the waiting team.

Your skills & experience:

• Experience managing multiple food and beverage operations with a service-oriented approach and a passion for high standards and memorable experiences.
• Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a team.
• Organised, flexible, and able to work well under pressure.
