Your Role as Assistant Bar Manager

As our Assistant Bar Manager with Artfarm in Bruton,
Somerset, you’ll be inspiring our team, leading by example, and providing warm
and genuine service. Supporting the bar management team, you will learn and
progress while bringing your own service experience to help us continue to be a
well-recognised venue for quality cocktails, coffees, and food. Daily duties
include opening and closing procedures, cashing up, and training team members.
This isn’t just working in any bar, as we enjoy cooking on fire, serving
cold drinks on our fantastic terrace, and delicious food in the sun, as well as
hosting community-engaging events which you will be part of.

It is always our duty to share our passion and knowledge
with all guests and colleagues, so we are looking for someone who enjoys
hospitality and not just service. The Roth Bar is an iconic work of art with a
team to match.
