Lina Stores is hiring a Restaurant Bar Manager for our exciting new opening in Canary Wharf.

The Role

As Bar Manager, you’ll lead the bar team of three bartenders, manage stock, maintain high service standards, and ensure smooth daily operations. You’ll champion Italian hospitality, train your team, and work closely with the General Manager to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Bar Manager or Senior Bartender
• Strong leadership and organisation
• Knowledge of Italian drinks and cocktails
• Stock control and compliance knowledge
• Positive, team-focused mindset
• WSET or mixology training is a bonus
