The Old Queens Head is looking for an energetic and dedicated Bar Manager to drive our vibrant team and elevate our renowned pub experience.

What You’ll Do

1. Oversee day-to-day bar operations, ensuring exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere.
2. Manage and inspire a team of talented bartenders and bar staff.
3. Maintain high standards of hygiene, compliance, and customer care.
4. Foster a lively, friendly environment that reflects the spirit of The Old Queens Head.
5. Liaise with suppliers and manage budgets to maximize profitability.

What We’re Looking For

1. Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar leadership role within a busy hospitality environment.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage both staff and guests.
