Responsibilities

• Manage daily bar and restaurant operations with high service standards.
• Plan and run weddings, private functions, parties and corporate events.
• Be main contact for event customers from enquiry to delivery.
• Lead and train hospitality team, including staff rotas and performance.
• Manage cellar and beverage operations: stock, orders, wastage.
• Monitor sales, costs and profitability; identify revenue growth opportunities.
• Ensure cleanliness, food hygiene, health & safety and licensing compliance.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
• Support promotions, event marketing and wider business activities.
