Job summary

Scarlet is seeking a Food & Beverage Host to create a warm, welcoming dining experience in our restaurant and lounge spaces on the Cornwall coast. You will help deliver thoughtful hospitality and exceptional service for guests from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing reservations, knowing menus and dietary requirements, coordinating seating, and supporting the team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest-facing roles is preferred.
• Friendly, welcoming demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations and seating plans for smooth service.
• Build knowledge of menus, drinks, specials and dietary requirements.

What You'll Be Doing
