Job summary

Homewood, a 32-bedroom boutique hotel and spa near Bath, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Host to be the welcoming face of our restaurant and help create a memorable guest experience from the moment someone walks through the door. You will give a warm welcome, manage arrivals and seating, check reservations, and coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth service.

The role includes £13 per hour plus tronc, 40 hours a week across 5 days, with meals on duty and progression

Qualifications

• Previous hosting experience within a hotel restaurant.
• Confidence dealing with guests face-to-face.
• Experience working in a busy restaurant environment.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
• A warm, friendly and professional manner.
• The ability to keep calm and organised during busy services.
• Great attention to detail and a genuine passion for looking after people.

Responsibilities
