Reed in Partnership is seeking an Employability Administrator in the Croydon area to support the Restart Scheme. You will work with Employment Advisers and Trainers, handle referrals, input data accurately across multiple databases, and help organise on-site training sessions.

We value strong customer service, meticulous data entry, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This fixed-term contract lasts 9 months with pro-rated benefits and development opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of high-quality customer service, face-to-face and by phone, in a target-driven environment.
• At least 1 year of high-volume data entry into complex databases requiring accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and multitask.
• Very high attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
• Excellent decision-making skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word.
• A minimum of 2 A-Levels or Level 3 Diploma.
• GCSE English Language at grade B or Level 2 literacy.
• Desirable: knowledge of the Government's Skills or employability agenda.
• Desirable: training or learning administration experience.
• Desirable: fluency in more than one language.

Aufgaben

• Taking ownership of referrals from Job Centre Plus.
• Processing participant referrals and managing data.
• Producing and monitoring reports when required.
• Being the first point of contact for participant queries.
• Issuing vouchers and petty cash following procedures.
• Collaborating with Advisers and Trainers to schedule participant appointments and courses.
