Job summary

Reed in Partnership is seeking an Employment Adviser to support jobseekers, engage with local employers, and promote the Restart Scheme within the community. The role offers a generous base salary pro-rata for part time, flexible scheduling, and progression opportunities.

You will manage a caseload of long-term unemployed individuals, provide tailored guidance, and work to surpass KPIs while navigating health, housing, or financial barriers with signposting to appropriate support.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated coaching/mentoring experience.
• Experience in customer-facing environments (customer services, hospitality, social care, sales).
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, results-driven setting.
• Willingness to travel locally to meet customers/employers.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of a caseload of long-term unemployed jobseekers and creating tailored action plans.
• Delivering one-to-one guidance including CV writing, interview preparation and skills development.
• Meeting/exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
• Collaborating with participants and local employers to identify job opportunities and address barriers.
• Signposting participants to internal/external support for health, housing or financial challenges.
• Promoting the Restart Scheme within the community.
