Reed in Partnership is seeking an Employability Administrator on a 9-month Fixed Term Contract ending July 2027. The role supports a team delivering the Restart Scheme, focusing on excellent customer service and accurate data input.

The Administrator will input data across databases, schedule training sessions on site, and act as the first point of contact for participant queries, ensuring timely, well-coordinated support.

Qualificações

• At least one year’s experience delivering high-quality customer service in person or over the phone.
• At least one year’s experience entering data into complex databases with high accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask under time pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and process incoming participant referrals from Job Centre Plus.
• Provide first point of contact for participant queries and issue vouchers in line with procedures.
• Schedule participant appointments and training sessions; work with advisers and trainers to rectify paperwork.
