Job summary

Reed in Partnership's Employability Division is seeking an Employment Adviser to help long-term unemployed individuals navigate barriers and access tailored support, including coaching, CV writing, interview prep and skills development.

You will engage with participants and local employers, promoting the Restart Scheme, and work toward measurable outcomes in a supportive, performance-driven environment. A pro-active, compassionate approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Coaching/mentoring experience
• Experience in customer-facing roles
• Ability to meet performance targets
• Willingness to travel locally
• GCSE English level B or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of long-term unemployed jobseekers
• Provide one-to-one guidance including CV writing and interview support
• Identify barriers and create tailored action plans
• Engage with local employers to identify job opportunities and promote Restart Scheme
