Job summary

Trigon Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Head of Restart Programme in Aylesbury to lead the operational delivery of the Restart contract. You will ensure KPIs, safeguarding and quality standards, while driving performance and contractor relationships.

The role requires senior management experience in employability or welfare-to-work contracts, with a strong track record in leading high-performing teams and delivering contract targets.

Qualifications

• Management experience with senior teams leading target-driven delivery.
• Proven track record in government-funded employability or welfare-to-work contracts.
• Strong contract performance, KPI delivery and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills.
• Experience with compliance, quality assurance and performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational delivery of the Restart Programme.
• Manage, coach and develop a high-performing delivery team.
• Ensure contractual KPIs, quality measures and financial targets are achieved.
• Monitor performance through management information, forecasting and dashboards.
• Develop and implement improvement plans where required.
• Build and maintain relationships with commissioners, partners and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance, safeguarding and quality requirements are met.
• Produce management information and contract reports.
• Support business growth by identifying opportunities and promoting collaboration.
• Conduct audits, observations, performance reviews and coaching sessions.
• Lead on performance recovery planning where necessary.
• Drive an exceptional customer experience for participants throughout their journey.
