Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Strong administration and computer/technology skills, numeracy, and clear written records.

Responsibilities

• Make contact with jobseekers to explain the scheme and obtain information.
• Book jobseekers in with Employment Advisers for one-to-one meetings.
• Engage with Job Centre work coaches and assist in the referral process.
• Respond to expressions of interest.
• Check in with participants after they have started the scheme to offer advice and support.
• Provide an excellent and engaging experience for all participants.
