Job summary

TCHC Group Limited in Aylesbury is hiring an Employment Coach to support Restart Programme participants returning to work. You will manage caseloads, conduct assessments, and build action plans to unlock opportunities.

You will provide CV help, job-search support and signposting to debt, mental health, and coaching services. Travel to work locations and safeguarding compliance are required.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above are essential.
• Experience in welfare-to-work or similar performance-target environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Build effective relationships with participants and challenge barriers.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments to gauge readiness for work.
• Create action plans to progress participants toward employment.
• Signpost to debt support, mental health and career coaching as needed.
• Ensure up-to-date CVs, supporting statements and tailored applications.
• Provide job-search support and guide profile optimization on job boards.
• Coordinate withEmployer Engagement and external services for opportunities.
• Prepare participants for interviews with mock sessions and reviews.
• Travel to different locations as required and maintain safeguarding.
