Job summary

National Skills Agency in the United Kingdom seeks a seasoned Head of Restart Programme to lead the delivery of the Government-funded Restart contract for the Aylesbury Vale area. You will oversee contract performance, KPI achievement, and a high-performing team, reporting to the Managing Director.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' senior contract management experience.
• Proven leadership of high-performing, target-driven teams.
• Experience managing contractual KPIs and operational performance.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience delivering Government-funded employability or welfare-to-work programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Restart delivery team.
• Ensure contractual, financial and operational performance targets are achieved.
• Monitor KPIs, quality, compliance and participant outcomes.
• Manage budgets, performance reporting and contract data.
• Build effective partnerships with AKG, employers and external stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement, staff development and a high-performance culture.
• Oversee safeguarding, quality assurance and customer service standards.
• Act as the escalation point for complex operational issues.
