The Northumberland Church of England Academy is seeking a responsive Maintenance Coordinator to join our estates team. You will help keep learning environments safe, compliant and fully operational across multiple sites, coordinating maintenance and supporting statutory compliance with headteachers, caretakers, contractors and the Trust.

We have a unique opportunity for a Responsive Maintenance Coordinator to join our estates team and help ensure our schools remain safe, compliant, and fully operational.
You will work closely with headteachers, caretakers, contractors, and the central Trust team to prioritise issues, manage records and support statutory compliance activities.
