Job summary

The Northumberland Church of England Academy in Ashington is seeking an experienced Admin Manager to support the day-to-day operations of Bishop’s Primary School. This role involves census returns, attendance, admissions, supervising admin staff, managing orders and budgets, and liaising with staff, parents, and professionals across the Trust.

The position is permanent, 37 hours per week, term time plus 5 additional days, with a Band 4 salary and generous pension and wellbeing provisions offered

  • Working with the Headteacher to assist with essential processes; such as the census returns, attendance and admissions.
  • Leading the admin assistant in their role to help ensure the daily operational running of the school is efficient.
  • Managing orders for the school, with a knowledge of budgets.
  • Develop constructive relationships and communicate effectively with staff, parents and carers.
  • Organising and attending meetings with parents and other professionals across the Trust.
  • Providing general clerical and admin support such as photocopying, answering the phone and filing.

Bishop’s Primary School has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Admin Manager to join the team and support the day to day activities of our busy primary school. Day to Day Duties:
