Resourcing Specialist

Kingston upon Hull

On offer is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a growing company within the energy sector who operate across the UK and Europe where you will have good avenues or progression and personal development.

This company are an independent service provider, working primarily within the wind sector, with offices across the globe. Due to continued success and an ongoing programme of growth, they are now looking to recruit a Resourcing Specialist to help them on their journey.

In this role the successful candidate will help the company source and recruit top talent to join the business. They will work closely alongside the operations team understanding their needs and identifying the right talent for them. This will be an office-based role in Hull.

The ideal candidate will have experience with recruitment / talent acquisition within the wind sector. They will also need to be to handle a fast-paced environment and be commutable to Hull. Further development and progression will be available once in the role.
