Job summary

Bis Recruit is seeking an experienced Resourcing Manager to own resource planning across a talented team of consultants working on high-profile client projects. You will match people to projects, manage capacity and lead resourcing discussions, providing clear advice to senior stakeholders.

This hands-on role requires strong organisation, commercial awareness, and the ability to influence decision-makers while shaping resourcing processes in a growing boutique consultancy.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Resourcing Manager or Resource Management role.
• Experience within consultancy, training, learning & development or professional services.
• Experience with resource trackers and AI-powered tools; advanced Excel skills.

Job description

A growing boutique consultancy is looking for an experienced Resourcing Manager to take ownership of resource planning across a talented team of consultants working on high-profile client projects.

This is a hands-on role with real influence. You'll be responsible for matching the right people to the right projects, managing capacity, leading resourcing discussions and providing clear advice to senior stakeholders.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a strong track record in a Resourcing Manager or Resource Management role.
• Can demonstrate longevity and success within previous positions.
• Has experience within consultancy, training, learning & development, professional services or a similar people-led environment.
• Enjoys working in a smaller, fast-paced business where relationships and judgement matter.
• Is highly organised, commercially aware and confident influencing senior stakeholders.
• Own and continuously improve the resource tracker. The company are currently in the process of building an a new AI powered dashboard and experience of utilising other resource trackers and AI powered tools is essential. Candidates also need to have advanced Excel skills.
