Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Resourcing Coordinator will own our resourcing programme which supports the success of CF’s project delivery through the assignment of the best teams to deliver the highest quality of work. You will collaborate with the rest of the People Team to deliver an excellent employee experience across resourcing to ensure cost efficiency and a great people experience. In your role as Resourcing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimising our team to ensure smooth execution of our business operations and projects.

We have developed our People Strategy to support CF’s company strategy, aiming to be an employer of choice and an 'irresistible organisation' for our employees. Resourcing is central to this strategy, affecting team deployment, skill development, and career opportunities.

The Resourcing Coordinator will work closely with our People Advisor and Talent Partner to ensure seamless onboarding for employees and contractors, providing transparency about their projects and contributions from day one. This role offers the chance to significantly impact individual career development at CF.

Responsibilities

  1. Bid Development:
  2. Review project requirements and resource availability; maintain capacity forecasts
  3. Engage with delivery leadership and business development to propose resourcing plans
  4. Develop understanding of the bids pipeline for short/medium term planning
  5. Prioritize project requirements aligning with business goals

Project Mobilisation and Delivery:

  1. Manage resourcing rules to ensure project success
  2. Recommend resources considering workload and skills
  3. Design KPIs and use CRM reporting for insights
  4. Adjust team profiles as project scopes or timelines change
  5. Ensure compliance with resourcing guidelines and accountability

Cost Management

  1. Create cost overview tables and manage associate usage
  2. Design project teams to meet cost margins
  3. Follow pay benchmarks for associates in specific roles

Talent and Wellbeing Support

  1. Understand team expertise and interests
  2. Maintain skills matrix and support team goals
  3. Engage with team for wellbeing and work allocation reviews

Communication

  1. Communicate resourcing decisions effectively
  2. Discuss sensitive decisions face-to-face when needed
  3. Maintain regular updates with associates and manage resource queries
  4. Notify staff of project assignments in advance
  5. Distribute weekly resourcing overviews
  6. Escalate challenges promptly to leadership
  7. Manage bench resources in coordination with CPO and CTO

Associate Management

  1. Manage associate contracts and availability
  2. Support retention and offboarding processes
