Base pay range

We’re delighted to be partnering with a London-based university to support the recruitment of a HR Coordinator. This is a newly formed role where the post holder will be working with the Chief People Officer (CPO) to provide critical support in driving the organisation's human resources planning and operational delivery.

  • Coordination: Support with HR planning, strategy alignment, and team sessions. Coordinate HR reviews and development days
  • Operations: Manage the HR calendar, meetings, and planning cycles
  • Performance: Track HR metrics, provide insights, and support senior appraisal cycles
  • Communication: Prepare meeting materials, reports, and HR communications
  • Change: Support cultural and change initiatives and drive a high-performance environment
  • Execution: Manage HR projects, resolve issues, and support day-to-day operations
  • Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to align priorities and drive HR goals

Candidate profile:

  • Proven experience in an HR environment, working with high-volume data and reporting
  • Familiarity with project management processes and methodologies
  • Confident communicator, including experience engaging with C-suite stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks across daily, weekly, and monthly cycles
  • Experience of working in the Higher Education sector would be advantageous

Contract type: Full-time, permanent

Location: Central London (hybrid working)

Additional benefits:
