Resourcing Business Partner – Engineering and Operations

Due to team expansion, we seek a specialist recruiter for our Engineering and Operations teams to join our internal recruitment experts. As a Resourcing Business Partner at the UK's largest Water company, you'll be embedded in the company's culture and build relationships across the organization. We're looking for individuals passionate about recruitment, who thrive in sourcing the right talent and delivering results through continuous improvement.
All roles on this contract require working onsite at least 2 days a week to collaborate with teams and stakeholders, and attending careers fairs and talent events as needed.

What we’re looking for
Successful candidates will have demonstrable recruitment experience, either in Engineering or Operations. For Engineering, experience recruiting across all levels of Engineers is preferred. For Operations, experience recruiting for roles across water and waste treatment sites is beneficial. Flexibility is possible regarding background, but recruitment experience is essential.
In a fast-paced environment, you'll need to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines. Experience in agency or in-house recruitment, especially direct sourcing and securing placements quickly, is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems, including ATS, is necessary. You should enjoy working within structured processes and adhering to recruitment methodologies.
