Resourcing Business Partner Engineering and Operations

Due to team expansion, we seek a specialist recruiter for our Engineering and Operations teams to join our internal recruitment experts. As a Resourcing Business Partner for the UK's largest Water company, you'll be embedded in the company's culture and build relationships across the organization. We seek individuals passionate about recruitment, adept at finding the right talent, and committed to continuous improvement.
All roles on this contract require onsite work at least 2 days a week to collaborate with teams and stakeholders, and attendance at careers fairs and talent events as needed.
Successful candidates will have demonstrable recruitment experience. For Engineering roles, experience hiring across all levels of Engineers is required. For Operations, some recruitment experience within water and waste treatment sectors is preferred. The ability to prioritize, work under pressure, and meet deadlines is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to new systems, including ATS, is required. You should enjoy working within structured processes and frameworks.
