The post holder will line manage the Resourcing and the People and Culture administration teams and ensure the provision of a responsive Recruitment and Bank staffing service to the Health Board. The post holder will ensure effective processes, systems, and policies are deployed to support and enable adequate staffing levels and skill mix through the utilisation and recruitment of Temporary Staffing.
Responsible for managing the Resourcing and People and Culture administration teams daily, providing high-quality services to staff and potential Bank candidates, demonstrating the organisation's commitment to Improving Working Lives, flexibility, and staff development. The Resourcing Advisor will ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout communication and support managers to maintain this during their recruitment processes, fostering a positive impression of the Health Board.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
