As a Resourcing Advisor within the Civil Works Alliance – an alliance between leading Tier 1 industry contractors – you'll join a close-knit internal recruitment team of four. Reporting to the Senior Resourcing Advisor, your primary responsibility will be supporting recruitment efforts for white-collar roles across disciplines including commercial, procurement, HSE, logistics, civil engineering, and finance.
You'll play a key role in developing talent pipelines, driving recruitment efficiency, and contributing to a streamlined hiring process. The position offers hybrid flexibility, allowing you to split your time between the Ipswich Project Office and remote working.
