This role reports into the Customer Success Resource Manager and will matrix into the ISB Offering Lead Executive Teams. The successful applicant will drive a series of activities to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and experience, which are fundamental to our growth plans. ISB has around 21,000 resources deployed globally, focused on ensuring our customers' business objectives.
