Job description

This role reports into the Customer Success Resource Manager and will matrix into the ISB Offering Lead Executive Teams. The successful applicant will drive a series of activities to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and experience, which are fundamental to our growth plans. ISB has around 21,000 resources deployed globally, focused on ensuring our customers' business objectives.

The role consists of the following key deliverables:

1. Work with our Customer Success Resource Management Manager to align resources with demand and allocate them where they make the most impact to customers and profitability.
2. Ensure customer work is correctly staffed with the right level and knowledge to deliver the desired outcomes.
3. Understand, analyze, improve, and report on time tracking, utilization, and realization for individual customers, lines of business, and across all ISB.
4. Align with our finance function to ensure hiring aligns with budget and forecasts.
5. Collaborate with HR to identify process improvements in the hiring cycle, establish and drive a geographical hiring strategy, and ensure resources have the right skills and knowledge.
6. Provide timely, consistent, and accurate reporting and insights to support ISB Resource management.

The successful candidate will have:

• A proven track record of driving resource management in a growth environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, with advanced PowerPoint capabilities.
• The ability to communicate effectively with all organizational levels and with clients.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and manage high volumes of data in Excel or SQL.
• Knowledge of the Insurance and Banking industries is a plus but not required.
• An MBA qualification is advantageous.

This position is remote, with occasional travel as required.
