Job summary

Newrest Group is seeking a Resourcing Adviser to support recruitment across Heathrow, Gatwick and Manchester in a fast-paced aviation environment. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for a diverse range of roles, from drivers to senior management, working closely with hiring managers to deliver the right candidates at the right time.

You’ll thrive in a role that moves between high-volume recruitment and specialist appointments, while adapting to changing priorities and ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Experience in managing recruitment across multiple sites and levels.
• Ability to work with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver candidates on time.
• Familiarity with aviation compliance standards (CAA) and related processes.

ThisStandalone role as a Resourcing Adviser is in a fast-paced aviationenvironment, supporting recruitment across Heathrow, Gatwick and Manchester.

This is a hands-on rolewhere you’ll be responsible for resourcing a hugely diverse range of positionsfrom drivers, production and warehouse colleagues through to senior managementand Head Office appointments.

You’ll need to becomfortable moving between high-volume recruitment and more senior, specialistappointments, while keeping pace with changing priorities and the demands of anoperational aviation business.

Whatyou’ll be doing
