Job summary

Newrest Group is seeking a Resourcing Adviser to support recruitment across Heathrow, Gatwick and Manchester in a fast-paced aviation environment. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for a diverse range of roles, from drivers to senior management, working closely with hiring managers to deliver the right candidates at the right time.

You’ll thrive in a role that moves between high-volume recruitment and specialist appointments, while adapting to changing priorities and ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Experience in managing recruitment across multiple sites and levels.
• Ability to work with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver candidates on time.
• Familiarity with aviation compliance standards (CAA) and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end recruitment across three sites and a broad range of roles, from operational to senior management.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver the right candidates at the right time.
• Anticipating and resolving scheduling conflicts to keep recruitment moving in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Managing multiple vacancies and priorities without losing focus.
• Ensuring recruitment activity meets CAA requirements and aviation compliance standards.
• Building strong relationships with candidates, managers and external stakeholders.
