Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd in Dartford is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer / Candidate Manager for a busy temporary desk supplying blue-collar trades into facilities management and building maintenance. The role is office-based, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30, with free on-site parking.

You will source and manage temporary workers, post adverts, screen candidates by phone daily, and coordinate bookings while ensuring compliance and timely payments. Training and development are available.

Responsibilities

• Check availability, confirm bookings and keep in touch with workers on site.
• Manage candidates’ timesheets and deal with pay issues and contract queries.
• Update client portals with CVs and references, ensuring compliance.

Recruitment Resourcer / Candidate Manager - Temporary Desk - Facilities Management / Building Maintenance - Dartford (Kent) - Up to £30,000 (Negiotiable) + Uncapped Commission

Are you a resourcer or candidate manager who thrives on a fast-paced temp desk? Do you have the drive to become a 360 Recruitment Consultant? Would you like to work Monday to Friday, 8 till 4:30, with no weekends? CBW Staffing Solutions are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer / Candidate Manager to join our established team in the Dartford office. This is a busy temporary desk supplying blue-collar trades into facilities management and building maintenance clients, so we need someone who is quick on the phone, organised, and enjoys the pace of filling bookings at short notice.

The desk

You’ll be sourcing and managing temporary workers including:

• Maintenance Engineers


• Electricians


• Mechanical Engineers


• Plumbers


• Fabric Engineers


• Labourers


• Handymen


• Painters and Decorators

Package

• Basic salary up to £30,000, depending on experience


• Uncapped commission


• Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30


• Office-based in Dartford, 5 days a week


• Free on-site parking

Progression

This role is a genuine route into 360 recruitment. If you learn the desk, hit your targets and take on additional duties, there is scope to move onto your own desk and develop into a 360 Recruitment Consultant over time, with full training and support along the way.

Key duties and responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates to fill temporary bookings via our database, job boards, LinkedIn and networking


• Writing and posting adverts across job boards and social media


• Speaking to candidates by phone daily, screening and interviewing them to match against client requirements


• Building and maintaining a pool of reliable, ready-to-work temps so bookings can be filled quickly


• Checking availability, confirming bookings and keeping in touch with workers while they’re out on site


• Managing candidates’ timesheets


• Dealing with pay issues and general contract queries


• Updating client portals, including uploading candidate CVs


• Taking references


• Making sure all compliance is in place: right to work documents, trade certificates and qualifications

Requirements

• Ideally some previous recruitment experience from a trades and labour, facilities, property services or construction background


• The drive and ambition to develop into a 360 Recruitment Consultant


• Confident on the phone and comfortable working at pace


• Organised, with good attention to detail on compliance and admin


• Honest, reliable and hard-working


• Money-motivated, target-driven and resilient


• A team player with a positive, quality-focused approach


• Able to travel daily to the Dartford office (located near the Dartford Crossing)
