Job summary

LJ Recruitment in Colchester is seeking a results-driven Recruitment Consultant (360 Role - Technical Focus) to own the end-to-end process from client brief to placement. Based in the Colchester office, you will build strong client relationships, source top technical talent, interview candidates, and present compelling shortlists.

The role offers a £35,000 base salary plus uncapped commission, with genuine career progression in a supportive and target-driven team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant.
• Strong resourcing and business development background.
• Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Driven, self-motivated, and target-focused mindset.
• Experience in renewables, engineering, or oil & gas is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant (minimum 2 years).
